With over 20 years of personal experience in strength training, hiking, cycling and building healthy habits that work in real life, I know how overwhelming health and fitness advice can be - especially when it feels like nothing’s working anymore. After a career in marketing, I retrained as a health coach so I could support women who feel stuck, frustrated, or like nothing’s working anymore. WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
You can work with me online via Zoom or in person at The Treatment Rooms in Knowle, Solihull. Either way, you'll get the same personal support and guidance.
HOW MANY 1:1 SESSIONS WILL I GET?
You’ll get 6 x personalised coaching sessions with me over the 12 weeks. We’ll start with a longer 90 minute session to get clear on what you need and check in regularly to keep you on track. The other sessions will last for 1 hour.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
No problem. I know life gets busy. If something comes up, you’ll be able to reschedule - we’ll always find a time and a way to keep things moving, without pressure.
DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN?
No - and for good reason. Instead of handing you something to follow for two weeks, I’ll help you understand what works for your body so you can eat in a way that supports your weight, your health and your lifestyle
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE RESULTS?
Most clients start feeling the benefits within a couple of weeks - more clarity, better sleep, less bloating. By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have built solid habits and feel more confident and in control of your body
DO YOU PROVIDE A STRUCTURED WORKOUT PLAN?
Not in the traditional sense. This isn’t a personal training programme but I’ll absolutely help you find movement that works for your body, your goals and your lifestyle. That might be walking, lifting weights, mobility exercises or a mix. It’s about finding what feels good and fits into your life long term.
